The Flow-Rite®
Flow Control Pinch Valves:
- work with all types and size of flexible tubing up to
½" (12.7mm) OD, Shore 70A Durometer and softer.
- are suitable for use on thicker wall vacuum lines.
- can easily be installed on existing tubing runs.
- are non-wetted - can be used, re-used and disposed of
without fear of contamination.
- are fabricated from high quality Delrin® acetal
homopolymer for strength and durability.
- operate on a unique principle that enables calibrated
needle valve style adjustability.
- have a graduated scale reading that represents the gap,
in millimeters, across the outside of the tubing.
With the Flow-Rite®
Flow Control Pinch Valve:
- calibration is accurate and repeatable.
- a setting can be recorded and produced.
- flow rates are adjustable from a fully open flow to a fully closed position.
- fine adjustments are easy - for example, valve can be fine-tuned to a nearly closed position to dampen pulsation to a pressure
